The factory

Rice and Urad dal of highest quality, is procured, cleaned, and dried before being sent to the production facility.

Soaking the ingredients

The best quality of rice and urad dal is now soaked in a right amount of water and for a right duration of time

Washing the ingredients in washer

Now the soaked rice and urad dal is being washed in the fully automatic washer under a closed observation

Grinding

The materials are separately ground to a specified consistency while being closely monitored.

Mixing

The finely ground rice, urad dal, are now combined in batter mixer.

Packaging

Now the batter is pack in pouches through a automatic packaging machine ensuring less contact of human hands
